Refund and Returns Policy

At Regina Simmons Corp, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized benches

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Damaged items due to misuse or improper care


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email our support team at support@reginasimmonscorp.site with the following:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@reginasimmonscorp.site.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
    We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.


8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@reginasimmonscorp.site. After that window, the order may already be in processing or shipping and cannot be canceled.
