  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

    We’ll help investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


8. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

    We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


9. Missed or Returned Deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated missed delivery attempts:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

  • If you do not respond within 7 days, your order may be canceled and refunded (minus shipping fees).
